What is the value of your service?

Our team helps you finally get rid of unwanted items by removing them from wherever the items are located, taking the items to be properly recycled or disposed of the same day. We save you time, money, and aggravation that is associated with any alternative. We are charged to dispose of the items just as you would be.

What does “full service” mean?

Full service means we have a two man uniformed team that will provide all labor to load the truck. There is no need for you to take the items to the garage or curb. We collect the items from basements, attics, garages, offices, back yards, etc.

What is the size of your truck?

Our truck fits 13 cubic yards of volume. This is one of the larger trucks available in the junk removal industry, which gives you the most savings per cubic foot. The dimensions of the dumpster on our truck is 11′ x 7′ x 4′.

What can you take away?

We are able to take away anything non-hazardous that two people can lift, such as construction materials, renovation debris, yard waste, etc. Please see our “services” page for a comprehensive list.

What should I do with hazardous materials?

Because we are not licensed to carry hazardous materials, you should call your local county recycling or waste management center for proper protocol.

Why would I use your service instead of a renting a dumpster?

Our team does all the sorting, loading, clean-up, and removal same day!! Removing items from wherever they are located. We charge by the yard loaded. Dumpsters sit on your property for a extended period of time, and you must do all the loading yourself. You also pay for the entire volume and weight of dumpsters, no matter how much you fill. We can help you prevent having to file for a permit and meeting city/county requirements. (usual cost to obtain a dumpster permit is $50.00)

Can you give me an exact price before you arrive?

Pricing is based on volume and the type of material. We cannot give you an exact price until we are able to see how much space the items will fill up in our trucks. Over the phone we can schedule an appointment with you and review our pricing structure. The team provides the final no-obligation pricing upon arrival.

Do you charge additional for extra heavy items?

Yes, we charge for extra heavy items at the dump just as you would be. For this reason, extra heavy items (concrete, rocks, etc.) can cost $80.00 to $100.00 more per truck load.

Is a franchise?

No, was born in Medford, MA and is a family owned company. We would like to grow to serve all the New England area.

Can you bag up loose debris for me?

We can do some bagging/clean-up for you at no additional cost. (small jobs of course)

What does the junk team come equipped with?

Two strong and efficient workers will show up prepared to do the job requested. Typically we’ll be prepared to do any job requested.

Where do we provide service?

Basements, Attics, Garages, Storage space, Warehouses, Store fronts, Schools, Churches, Restaurants, Factories, Buildings, Back yards, Front yards, Curbside. Just about anywhere.

Can you do the job if I am not on site?

If you are unable to be on site, we can arrange over the phone or by e-mail For the Door lock box code, details of the job and payment.

Can you move items from one location to another?

On occasion we will pick up and drop off items. We’ve even been known to do small moves.

Do you buy any items?

No, we are a junk removal company and do not buy any items. (Well I guess we do sometimes.)

Can you provide us with a donation receipt for tax purposes?

Because many donation centers are picky about what they can accept, we cannot guarantee that your items will be donatable. We recommend that you call your local charity first if you are interested in obtaining a tax deduction.

How do you accept payment?

We accept all major credit cards as well as personal and company checks. We offer invoicing for our preferred commercial clients and customers who have established a credit relationship with us. We prefer that you do not pay in cash for the safety of our drivers.

How do you dispose of the junk you haul away?

Most of the materials that we haul away will go to recycling centers and city transfer stations. Some materials are donated to charities and people in need. What we cannot donate goes to local dumping facilities and or recycling centers.
